I’ve worked on several collaborations with Dutch furniture and lighting company, moooi.

In 2022, I was a designer and the producer on the team that concepted, designed and launched Piro, a robotic scent diffuser concept.

Piro began its life as a factory assembly robot, but one day became self aware and instead of just being efficient and productive, it wanted to express beauty and love. Eventually the other robots decided to join.

With this narrative, we collaborated with Dutch sound designers and composers KLOAQ to create a 3-part piece of music to tell Piro’s story, and choreographer Catie Cuan, to create a robotic opera that opened moooi’s exhibition at the Salone del Mobile in Milan in 2022.
