I conceived and directed a project to develop an elevated in-flight service for JetBlue that fit within their egalitarian and accessible brand. Knowing it couldn’t be “first class” like other airlines, we were challenged with finding ways to create an elevated experience that felt accessible to all. Upon launch, this work delivered $200M in annal additional revenue to JetBlue.
